Information regarding Miami-Dade includes:

"After Hurricane Irma: The sewer authority in Miami-Dade County reported releasing 6 million gallons of partially treated wastewater into Biscayne Bay.20 Power outages at treatment plants were reported in Haileah, a city in Miami-Dade County, and Delray Beach.21"
