The Resilience Roundtable was held on July 17th, 2013 at the FIU Metropolitan Center.  The meeting was held to initiate the process of development for a joint submission by the Miami Metroplex cities, FIU, South Florida Resilience System and its partners to the Rockefeller Foundation's 100 Resilient Cities Centennial Challenge.  It focused on introducing the current working groups listed within the SFLRS. The working groups are based on mission critical functions that support resilience.  If you have any suggestions on a potential new working group, please feel free to post the name and description within this working groups.  We welcome you to create a user name and password on the SFLRS, so as to aggregate any resources or relevant information you may have from or on you office, department, division, bureau, association, business and organization.  The follow up meeting will be a Resilience Summit in mid-August where this group and more can help to catalyze the final working draft, leading up to the final joint submission document in late-August.
